Congratulations and salutations are in order for 255 local residents, as the University of Rhode Island has released its dean’s list recipients for the Fall 2012 semester. To qualify, full-time students must maintain a 3.3 quality point average for 12 credits. Part-time students can also earn the distinction for a 3.3 average over multiple semesters once they surpass that 12 credit threshold. A note about some of the names on these lists – Locations are provided by students in most cases, so some out-of-state graduates who now live in Narragansett, South Kingstown or Saunderstown are included in those towns’ results.
