A Return to the Inner Mind Theater of Mel

Or what happens when writer's block hits at the worst time possible.

Since writer's block has struck me again, haunting me like that my terrible 10th grade school picture, I have decided to bring back the Inner Mind Theater for another go-round. Some of you may think of this as a copout and I will agree with that accusation. It's between that or just smashing they keyboard in frustration and see what happens.  So without further ado, here's yet another edition of The Inner Mind Theater of Mel.  Lefty: Okay, it's time to get focused and start writing this article. Business Bits: Jennifer's Chocolates To Close Store On Robinson

A roundup of business news in South Kingstown.

  Jennifer's Chocolates will close its Robinson Street store on Feb. 18. The confectionary has been a fixture at the Wakefield Mall for 16 years, and will consolidate its operation to that single location on Old Tower Hill Road. The Robinson Street store opened 5 years ago. "I wanted just one location," said Jennifer Dowell, owner of Jennifer's Chocolates. "It's more than twice the  work having two locations and the mall has always been good for the shop, so I wanted to go back to just the one spot." Stop in Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. or on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and taste some of Jennifer's tasty morsels.
