SK Man Charged With Drunken Driving

South Kingstown Man Charged With Drunken Driving Christopher M. Lee, 34, of 97 Liberty Lane, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 6:32 p.m. on March 13 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, they received a report of a truck rolling over on Kingstown Road. Police said they responded and were able to remove the driver – Lee – from the truck. Police said that while speaking with Lee, he smelled of alcohol and did not answer questions asked by police, fire or rescue personnel. Police said Lee submitted to one …

Middletown Man Charged With Second DWI

Middletown Man Charged With Drunken Driving Second Offense Anthony M. Booth, 21, of 16 James Francis Terrace, Middletown, was arrested at about 2:24 a.m. on Feb. 16 and charged with drunken driving – second offense – and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer saw a car driven by Booth swerving on Torrey Road, Arrowhead Trail and Indian Head Trail. A traffic stop was made near Wintman Drive as a result. URI Student Charged With Possession of Marijuana; Passenger Passes Out Zackary Chadwick, 19, of 22 Balsam Lane, Smithfield, was arrested at about 8 p.m. on Feb. 15 and charged with possession of marijuana. Police said Chadwick is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, an officer clocked a white Chevrolet Impala driven by Chadwick at 41 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone on Route 108. A traffic stop was made as a result. East Greenwich Man Charged With Drunken Driving Lee Joseph M. Cullion, 21, of 8 Brookefield Court, East Greenwich, was arrested at about 1:24 a.m. on Feb. 13 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer traveling on Matunuck Beach Road noted the car in front of it driving without taillights. The officer also said the car almost hit snowbanks on the side of the road several times, and a traffic stop was made on Route 1 after the car was clocked at 35 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone. Providence Man Charged With Felony Drug Distribution

South Kingstown police arrest Justin Blake Hart, 23, after he allegedly sells heroin to an informant.

Justin Blake Hart, 23, of 119 Almy St., Apt. #3, Providence, was arrested at about 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 19 and charged with two counts of felony heroin distribution. According to police, at about 4:15 p.m. they received a tip from an informant that Hart would be coming into town at 9 p.m. to sell heroin. Police said that Hart already had a warrant out for his arrest because of a controlled heroin buy conducted by the department on Nov. 27. Miami Man Charged With License Violation Chris Paul-Etienne Jr., 24, of 841 NW 116th Terrace, Miami, FL, was arrested at about 8:11 p.m. on Jan. 30 and charged with driving with a suspended license. Police said Paul-Etienne is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, an officer clocked a car driving 50 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone near the Meadow Brook Apartments. A traffic stop was made Rodman Street. Providence Man Turns Self In For Car Theft Eric Butler, 42, of 208 Prarie Ave., Providence, was arrested at about 10:35 a.m. on Jan. 28 and charged with larceny greater than $1,500 – a 2009 grey Hyundai Accent. According to police, on Dec. 28 they received a report of a car stolen from the Xtra Mart on Tower Hill Road. Police said that after an investigation, Butler was identified as a suspect. His wife, Karen O’Brien Ingram, 43, of 160 Superior St., Providence, was arrested at about 1:57 a.m. on Jan. 23.
