SK Police Investigating Death of 32-Year-Old

An autopsy has been ordered following the sudden death of a 32-year-old man on Winter Street on April 29. South Kingstown police logs from April 29, 2013.

Peacedale Man Arrested for Warrant Marshall S. Rounseville, 34, of 72 Samuel Rodman St., Peacedale, was arrested at about 11:39 p.m. on April 29. Police said a Fourth Division District Court warrant was out for Rounseville’s arrest. According to police, they received a report of a disturbance outside of a home on Middlebridge Road. Police said that when they ran background checks on the people at the home, Rounseville’s warrant was revealed. Police said Rounseville was arrested without incident. Police: Neon Clocked at 84 in 50

Narragansett Man Charged With DUI, License Violation Michael T. Pagliarini Governo, 24, of 49 Pomfret Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 2:54 a.m. on April 21 and charged with drunken driving and driving with a suspended license, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer monitoring traffic on Route 1 clocked a blue Dodge Neon driven by Pagliarini Governo at 84 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone. SK Man Charged With Sexual Assault by Charlestown PD

South Kingstown police pick up Robert J. Brown, 72, for a Charlestown police warrant for five counts of sexual assault.

Brown, 72, of 681 Kingstown Road, Apt. #225, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 4 p.m. on April 12. South Kingstown police said a Charlestown police warrant was out for Brown’s arrest. According to police, at the 3 p.m. shift change officers were notified of a warrant out for Brown’s arrest. Police said that he was located at his home at about 3:50 p.m. and then arrested without incident. Police said Brown was held at headquarters until he was picked up by Charlestown police at about 5:38 p.m. Charlestown police charged him with two counts of first degree sexual …

Man Tries to Evade Police by Running Through Police Parking Lot Joshua Allen Robinson, 20, of 364 Curtis Corner Road, Apt. #B11, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 7:59 a.m. on April 9 and charged with resisting arrest. Police said a Fourth Division District Court warrant was also out for his arrest. According to police, on April 8 officers received word that a warrant was out for Robinson’s arrest. North Kingstown Woman Arrested for Warrant, License Violation Julie M. Mathieu Tavino, 33, of 55 Asqah Drive, North Kingstown, was arrested at about 1:54 p.m. on March 29 and charged with driving with an expired license. Police said a Third Division District Court warrant was also out for her arrest. According to police, an officer driving behind Tavino’s car on Route 1 noted that her license plate sticker was expired. Two South Kingstown Men Charged With Assault, Disorderly Conduct Over Noise John G. Mischler, 34, of 164 Allen Ave., South Kingstown, and Shane R. Dimon, 31, of 164 Allen Ave., South Kingstown, were arrested at about 7:28 a.m. on March 24 and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. According to police, both Dimon and Mischler claimed that a fight broke out over the noise coming from Dimon’s apartment. Each claimed that the other was the aggressor in the fight. A South Kingstown man is charged with domestic assault and vandalism after the victim and a friend say he tries to drive a car away with a person hanging on the door. South Kingstown police logs from March 18, March 19 and March 20, 2013.

Koza, 43, of 901 Mooresfield Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. on March 18 and charged with domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism. Dewey, 19, of 4 Sunset Ave., Wakefield, was arrested at about 3:18 a.m. on March 14 and charged with drunken driving and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer traveling behind Dewey’s car on Broad Rock Road saw it hit a curb, swerve, nearly hit a mailbox and then hit a branch that was completely off the roadway, beyond the breakdown lane.
