Police charge a North Kingstown man with violating five no-contact orders on the way to court.

On Way to Court, Man Charged With Five Domestic Felonies Keith W. Mongillo, 34, of 60 George Ave., North Kingstown, was arrested at about 9:25 a.m. on Oct. 31 and charged with five counts of violating a protective order. The charges were all elevated to felonies because of past offenses. According to police, they received a report from a Cranston couple that Mongillo had attempted to run them off the road, and also sworn at them.
