Morris, 27, of 499 High St., South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 30 and charged with domestic violation of a no-contact order and larceny less than $1,500. According to police, a woman at a High Street home told police that Morris had passed out in a bedroom of the home after taking drugs. Boylan, 50, of 52 Petal Lane, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 12:58 p.m. on Dec. 6 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct.
