According to police, they do not fight a South Kingstown man in a graveyard.

Not Settled in the Graveyard – South Kingstown Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct Daniel K. Lewis, 44, of 1326 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 7:01 p.m. on Nov. 21 and charged with disorderly conduct. According to police, they received a report of a drunk man knocking and yelling outside the Church Street Apartments. Police said that when they arrived, the man was identified as Lewis. URI Student Charged With Drunken Driving, Ecstasy Possession

A University of Rhode Island student is charged with drunken driving and possession of ecstasy after a traffic stop.

Casey, 20, of 12 Linden Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 3:28 a.m. on Nov. 3 and charged with felony drug possession and drunken driving, and also cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Police said Casey is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, an officer stationed at Fraternity Circle observed a silver Acura revving its engine and driving erratically in the area. A South Kingstown man is arrested for a Superior Court warrant for a felony domestic assault charge.

South Kingstown Man Arrested for Superior Court Warrant Ryan J. Marshall, 24, of 575 Saugatucket Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 10:45 a.m. on Oct. 16. Police said a Superior Court bench warrant was out for Marshall’s arrest. According to police, they were aware of the warrant and went to Marshall’s home, where he was arrested without incident. A South Kingstown man is charged with disorderly conduct, and police cite several for alcohol, licenses and warrants.

South Kingstown Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct Nathan J. Fasching, 40, of 24 Tri-Pond Court, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 4:51 p.m. on Oct. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct. According to police, Fasching called them to report an assault at his home. However, police said that while attempting to interview Fasching and two people involved about the incident, he refused to cooperate. A former SK town councilor is charged with drunken driving by public servants, who are “the worst and a waste of tax dollars.”

Wakefield Man Charged With Drunken Driving Paul Tasich, 47, of 33 Eagle Nest Terrace, Wakefield, was arrested at about 1:43 a.m. on Sept. 15 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer traveling on Main Street toward the Dale Carlia intersection noted a black Ford pick-up truck speeding and swerving. A traffic stop was made in the Casey’s parking lot. Police said that Tasich smelled strongly of alcohol and his skin was flushed red. That's an interesting point Jimmy. If you look him up on the RI court database nothing shows up at all. Not even this arrest. Of course everyone else listed in this article does show up as having a pending case. It must pay to know people in the right places.   more ›

South Kingstown Man Charged With Drunken Driving Basil H. Rockwell, 30, of 1608 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 3:04 a.m. on Sept. 14 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer driving on Kingstown Road near Upper College Road clocked a car driven by Rockwell at 51 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone. Providence Man Charged With Domestic Assault Javian Brooks, 26, of 17 Longmont St., Providence, was arrested at about 10:41 p.m. on Aug. 16 and charged with domestic assault. According to South Kingstown police, Providence police arrested Brooks based on a South Kingstown warrant. The initial assault took place on Aug. 5, and details were not included in Brooks’ arrest report. The victim is a 21-year-old East Providence woman, and the assault allegedly took place at the Tuckertown Park concession stand. Brooks was processed and then released at about 12:45 a.m. on Aug. 17. Lee, 20, of 80 Oakside St., Warwick, was arrested at about 12:15 a.m. on June 27 and charged with drunken driving. Police said Lee is a student at the University of Rhode Island.
