New Jersey Teen Charged With DUI Christoph S. Reinemann, 19, of 108 Taylor Mills Road, Manalapan, NJ, was arrested at about 5:41 a.m. on May 5 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for speeding, transportation of alcohol by a minor and refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer on Kingstown Road near Main Street clocked a silver BMW at 53 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone. A traffic stop was made on Old Mountain Field Road. Celico, 18, of 155 Old North Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:02 a.m. and charged with driving without a license and cited for transportation of alcohol by a minor. According to police, they received a report of a person going through a car on Arbor Way. South Kingstown Teen Charged With Drunken Driving Shannon L. Dewey, 19, of 4 Sunset Ave., Wakefield, was arrested at about 3:18 a.m. on March 14 and charged with drunken driving and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer traveling behind Dewey’s car on Broad Rock Road saw it hit a curb, swerve, nearly hit a mailbox and then hit a branch that was completely off the roadway, beyond the breakdown lane. Westcott, 29, of 2 Shore Drive, Narragansett, was arrested at about 4 p.m. on Feb. 1 and charged with drunken driving and driving with a suspended license, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, they received a report of a traffic accident at the Ocean Mist. Buckley, 23, of 182 Quinnipiac Ave., North Haven, CT, was arrested at about 3:11 a.m. on Jan. 20 and charged with driving with a suspended license. According to police, an officer noted a car parked near the middle of the roadway on Route 138 near Omer Drive, before it made a three-point turn. Police said a check of the plate revealed the registration expired in April 2012, and a traffic stop was made near Keaney Road. Alleged Drunken Driver: God Will Take Care Of Police Wayne Everett, 42, of 2030 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 3:29 a.m. on Jan. 1 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer noted a green Jeep Cherokee driven by Everett at a high rare of speed on Kingstown Road. Providence Man Charged With Domestic Assault Kevin R. Rollins, 45, of 32 Tanner St., Providence, was arrested at about 7:37 p.m. on Dec. 27 and charged with domestic assault. According to police, officers received an in-station complaint from a Peacedale woman that Rollins had broken her nose earlier that day. The woman told police she had just come from receiving treatment at South County Hospital. Hopkinton Woman Arrested for Warrant Melody L. Moore, 50, of 44 High St., Hopkinton, was arrested at about 12:31 a.m. on Dec. 15. Police said a warrant was issued by Hopkinton police for Moore’s arrest on charges of writing fraudulent checks. According to police, an officer checked the registration of a car while on Old Tower Hill Road. Police said the background check revealed the car’s owner – Moore – had a warrant out for her arrest. Langevin, 29, of 43 Mountain Laurel Drive, Kingston, was arrested at about 8:38 p.m. on Dec. 1 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct. According to police, they received a phone call from the victim, who said that Langevin was causing a disturbance at his home and he wanted her removed. Police said when they arrived, they saw a several destroyed decorative pumpkins in the front yard, along with tire tracks. Pizza Delivery Man Charged With Possession of Marijuana, License Violation Alexander A. Ghanem, 20, of 155 Yawgoo Valley Road, Apt. #28C, Exeter, was arrested at about 8:05 p.m. on Nov. 30 and charged with possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license. According to police, an officer familiar with Ghanem from past traffic stops recognized his car as one with an expired registration in the past.
