South Kingstown Man Charged With Domestic Offenses Louis C. Northup III, 21, of 910 Curtis Corner Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 12 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone. According to police, they received a report of a disturbance at a home on Curtis Corner Road between Northup and a family member, but the call was disconnected midway through. Police clear the home of a hoarder, and arrest a man for allegedly huffing from aerosol canisters.

Narragansett, SK Police Clear House of Hoarder At about 11:09 a.m. on Jan. 31, South Kingstown police were asked to held assist Narragansett police with clearing a house of a hoarder on Arbeth Avenue in Narragansett. According to police, a court order was enacted to clear the property because of public health and safety concerns. Police noted that garbage and unsalvageable items filled almost every portion of the house, and overflowed into the yard as well. Police also noted that the house had been vacant for several months because of the order, because it was deemed inhabitable…

Connecticut Woman Charged With License Violation Micayla E. Buckley, 23, of 182 Quinnipiac Ave., North Haven, CT, was arrested at about 3:11 a.m. on Jan. 20 and charged with driving with a suspended license. According to police, an officer noted a car parked near the middle of the roadway on Route 138 near Omer Drive, before it made a three-point turn. Police said a check of the plate revealed the registration expired in April 2012, and a traffic stop was made near Keaney Road. Police: A drunk driver tells them that “God is gonna take care of you,” plus other alcohol issues stemming from New Year’s Eve.

Alleged Drunken Driver: God Will Take Care Of Police Wayne Everett, 42, of 2030 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 3:29 a.m. on Jan. 1 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer noted a green Jeep Cherokee driven by Everett at a high rare of speed on Kingstown Road. Police said a radar reading wasn’t obtained, but Everett was swerving and made a right-hand turn on to High Street without a signal. Police said a traffic stop was made on High Street as a result. A Providence man is charged with domestic assault after a woman with a broken nose files a police report.

Providence Man Charged With Domestic Assault Kevin R. Rollins, 45, of 32 Tanner St., Providence, was arrested at about 7:37 p.m. on Dec. 27 and charged with domestic assault. According to police, officers received an in-station complaint from a Peacedale woman that Rollins had broken her nose earlier that day. The woman told police she had just come from receiving treatment at South County Hospital. A West Greenwich woman is charged with drunken driving after police say her car is parked across lanes of traffic.

West Greenwich Woman Charged With Drunken Driving Michelle K. Diehl, 32, of 10 Saddle Rock Road, West Greenwich, was arrested at about 1:37 a.m. on Dec. 16 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer traveling on Matunuck Beach Road near the Route 1 entrance noted a car parked in the roadway, blocking both lanes of travel. Police said the car moved when it saw the officer’s car, driving on to Route 1. Hopkinton Woman Arrested for Warrant Melody L. Moore, 50, of 44 High St., Hopkinton, was arrested at about 12:31 a.m. on Dec. 15. Police said a warrant was issued by Hopkinton police for Moore’s arrest on charges of writing fraudulent checks. According to police, an officer checked the registration of a car while on Old Tower Hill Road. Police said the background check revealed the car’s owner – Moore – had a warrant out for her arrest. Shinagel, 51, of 16 Fire Lane Five, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:40 p.m. on Nov. 2 and charged with drunken driving, second offense. According to police, an officer on Post Road near South Road saw a blue convertible driven by Shinagel go through a stop sign without stopping. A traffic stop was made on Post Road as a result. Warwick Woman Charged With Drunken Driving Lori A. Currier, 39, of 199 West Shore Road, Warwick, was arrested at about 11:16 p.m. on Oct. 20 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer noted a silver SUV driven by Currier swerving on Route 1, and changing lanes without using a turn signal. A traffic stop was made on the Salt Pond overpass on Route 1. URI Student Charged With Assault, Disorderly Conduct Emily P. Davenport, 20, of 300 Waterman Hill Road, Greene, was arrested at about 1:16 a.m. on Oct. 14 and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. Police said Davenport is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, they received a report of a woman fighting with people and yelling obscenities on Community Drive.
