A University of Rhode Island student is charged with obstruction after trying repeatedly to enter a fire-damaged home with pot in it.

URI Student Charged With Obstruction For Entering Fire-Damaged Home James R. Jarmoszko, 21, of 265 Oakwoods Drive, Wakefield, was arrested at about 9:03 a.m. on Feb. 11 and charged with obstruction.
