Paolozzi, 60, of 24 Lakeview Drive, Narragansett, was arrested at about 11:01 p.m. on May 4 and charged with drunken driving second offense, resisting arrest and felony drug possession, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test and driving in possession of a controlled substance. After additional investigation, the felony drug possession and driving in possession of a controlled substance charges were not filed. Police: Neon Clocked at 84 in 50

Narragansett Man Charged With DUI, License Violation Michael T. Pagliarini Governo, 24, of 49 Pomfret Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 2:54 a.m. on April 21 and charged with drunken driving and driving with a suspended license, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer monitoring traffic on Route 1 clocked a blue Dodge Neon driven by Pagliarini Governo at 84 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone. South Kingstown Woman Charged With DUI Susan Haverly, 50, of 93 Austin St., South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:02 a.m. on April 14 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer stopped at the intersection of Kingstown Road and Curtis Corner Road saw a blue Jeep SUV driven by Haverly run the red light, as well as a stop sign on Rodman Street. According to police, an officer monitoring traffic on Route 138 near the Old Fernwood Cemetery clocked a blue Kia at 38 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone. Couple Issued Domestic Charges Against Each Other Seth P. O’Hearn, 36, of 315 High St., Wakefield, was arrested at about 4:04 a.m. on March 31 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct. At about the same time, Jessica K. Masci, 34, of 42 Rolens Drive, Apt. #4B, Wakefield, was charged with domestic assault. According to police, they received a report of a 911 hang-up emanating from Rolens Drive. North Kingstown Woman Arrested for Warrant, License Violation Julie M. Mathieu Tavino, 33, of 55 Asqah Drive, North Kingstown, was arrested at about 1:54 p.m. on March 29 and charged with driving with an expired license. Police said a Third Division District Court warrant was also out for her arrest. According to police, an officer driving behind Tavino’s car on Route 1 noted that her license plate sticker was expired. South Kingstown Man Charged With Larceny; Dogs and Cats, Caged and Free, Throughout Home Christopher Vincent Bellotti, 56, of 302 Curtis Corner Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 9:41 p.m. on March 28 and charged with larceny. According to police, Bellotti was the suspect in the theft of a saxophone from a 19-year-old at Christ the King Church in December 2012. Police said witnesses saw him take the instrument, and as a result, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
