Celico, 18, of 155 Old North Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:02 a.m. and charged with driving without a license and cited for transportation of alcohol by a minor. Man In Home Full of Animals Arrested

According to police, a South Kingstown man had several caged and uncaged animals at his home when they arrested him for allegedly stealing a saxophone. South Kingstown police logs from March 28.

South Kingstown Man Charged With Larceny; Dogs and Cats, Caged and Free, Throughout Home Christopher Vincent Bellotti, 56, of 302 Curtis Corner Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 9:41 p.m. on March 28 and charged with larceny. According to police, Bellotti was the suspect in the theft of a saxophone from a 19-year-old at Christ the King Church in December 2012. Police said witnesses saw him take the instrument, and as a result, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Larceny, B+E Investigation Leads to Felony Pot Arrest

According to South Kingstown police, an investigation into a breaking and entering leads to the discovery of a marijuana grow at another home.

Bernard Charest, 47, of 167 Usquepaugh Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 12:57 p.m. on March 19 and charged with felony counts of breaking and entering, and larceny. According to police, they received a report of a break-in at a home on South County Trail. Police said the home was broken in to at some point between March 3 and March 10. It is not lived in, but contained several family heirlooms. According to police, several roommates conspired to steal laptops and other goods from people using the gym at Mackal Fieldhouse.

A fraudulent purchase of a foot-tall glass water pipe led to the raid of an apartment shared by University of Rhode Island students on Feb. 6, South Kingstown police said. According to police, they received a report of a stolen Mastercard, which was used by Opeyemi N. Onipede, 19, of 35 Stansbury St., Providence, at Absolut Market on Fortin Road to purchase the pipe. Westerly Teen Charged With SK Thefts

A Westerly teen is charged with thefts in South Kingstown, and a North Kingstown man allegedly is driving without a license. South Kingstown police logs from February 24 and 25, 2013.

Westerly Teen Charged With Theft Offenses Jonathan E. Dumsar, 18, of 23 White Rock Road, Westerly, was arrested at about 10:06 a.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, larceny and receiving stolen goods. According to police, a warrant was issued for Dumsar’s arrest after various offenses in November 2012. Police noted that surveillance footage from Burger King and CVS was used, and some of the crimes also took place at the Neighborhood Guild. Police said Dumsar turned himself in on Feb. 25. Northup III, 21, of 910 Curtis Corner Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 12 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone. According to police, they received a report of a disturbance at a home on Curtis Corner Road between Northup and a family member, but the call was disconnected midway through. Providence Man Turns Self In For Car Theft Eric Butler, 42, of 208 Prarie Ave., Providence, was arrested at about 10:35 a.m. on Jan. 28 and charged with larceny greater than $1,500 – a 2009 grey Hyundai Accent. According to police, on Dec. 28 they received a report of a car stolen from the Xtra Mart on Tower Hill Road. Police said that after an investigation, Butler was identified as a suspect. Morris, 27, of 499 High St., South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 30 and charged with domestic violation of a no-contact order and larceny less than $1,500. According to police, a woman at a High Street home told police that Morris had passed out in a bedroom of the home after taking drugs.
