A South Kingstown man is charged with vandalism after police allegedly find graffiti.

South Kingstown Man Charged With Vandalism Tyler H. Foley, 25, of 319 Gooseberry Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 5:51 p.m. on Nov. 19 and charged with vandalism. According to police, they received a report of a man spray painting on the South Kingstown Water Tower property on Victoria Lane near Brousseau Park. Police said that according to several witnesses, the man – later identified as Foley – had run from the scene when he was discovered.
