A South Kingstown man is charged with cyberstalking, and an Ashaway man is charged with writing 11 fraudulent checks.

South Kingstown Man Charged With Domestic Vandalism, Cyberstalking James V. Horiagon, 46, of 330 Willard Ave., South Kingstown, was arrested at about 5:57 a.m. on Oct. 25 and charged with domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic cyberstalking. According to police, a warrant had been issued for Horiagon’s arrest based on an incident earlier in the day involving a 45-year-old South Kingstown woman and two minors. Details were unavailable.
