A Carolina man will face felony charges of drunken driving with death resulting and driving to endanger with death resulting after he was indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury on Friday afternoon. Staff from the office of Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin released the grand jury report today for James Mulcahey, 47, of 13 Debra Drive, Carolina. This portion of Carolina is in Richmond. According to the AG’s statement, it is alleged that on Aug. 30, Mulcahey, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, caused the death of another driver.
