Dumsar, 18, of 23 White Rock Road, Westerly, was arrested at about 10:06 a.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, larceny and receiving stolen goods. According to police, a warrant was issued for Dumsar’s arrest after various offenses in November 2012. According to police, two officers were in an unmarked car in the CVS parking lot on July 2 when Sweet parked a car behind them.
