Connecticut Woman Charged With Drunken Driving Marissa E. Digioia, 21, of 52 Valley Break South Road, Branford, CT, was arrested at about 12:21 a.m. on Oct. 3 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer monitoring traffic on Matunuck Beach Road near the Vanilla Bean saw a car drifting and swerving, and then traveling in the breakdown lane on Route 1. According to South Kingstown police, Narragansett dispatchers issued a bulletin for a blue pick-up truck driving erratically at the intersection of Point Judith Road and Woodruff Avenue.
