Dimon, 31, of 164 Allen Ave., South Kingstown, were arrested at about 7:28 a.m. on March 24 and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. According to police, both Dimon and Mischler claimed that a fight broke out over the noise coming from Dimon’s apartment. Each claimed that the other was the aggressor in the fight. A Narragansett man is charged with felony assault after allegedly punching an officer in the face outside of Old Mountain Lanes.
