SKHS Student Charged With 3rd Domestic
Matthew Sklarski, 18, is charged with violating a no-contact order for a second time, his third arrest.

Sklarski, 18, of 44 Mulberry Drive, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 2:11 a.m. on Dec. 22 and charged with violating a no-contact order. According to police, at about 1:54 a.m. on Dec. 22 they received a report of a couple arguing at an apartment building in the South County Commons. Police said that two witnesses told them that they heard yelling, and then what sounded like someone punching a wall.
