More Problems at Pancho’s – URI Students Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Underage Drinking Brandon M. Parillo, 21, of 55 Hope Lane, Narragansett, was arrested at about 12:32 a.m. on Feb. 7 and charged with disorderly conduct. Police said Parillo is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, they responded to Pancho O’Malley’s after receiving a 911 hang-up from it.
