Whether celebrating Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, New Year’s or even Festivus, December is the biggest month for shopping, giving, getting, eating, traveling, and stressing. While you’re worrying about making your lists and checking things off, your kids are full of excitement, fun, joyous anticipation, and probably a little bit of worry as well. Their brains and bodies are likely to be running on less sleep, more sugar and a routine that isn’t a routine anymore.
