Hathaway, 19, of 931 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 1:23 a.m. on Jan. 9 and charged with drunken driving and possession of marijuana, and cited for transportation of alcohol by a minor and refusing to submit to a chemical test. Police said Hathaway is a student at the Community College of Rhode Island. Narragansett Man Charged With Drunken Driving Christopher Robert Burns, 28, of 30 Betony Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 2:01 a.m. on Oct. 23 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. According to police, an officer traveling behind a red Chevy Blazer on Boston Neck Road near Gardenia Lane saw the vehicle swerving, almost hitting a curb in the breakdown lane several times.
