Lamoureux, 21, of 30 Desano Drive, Narragansett, was arrested at about 1:57 a.m. on April 11 and charged with drunken driving. Police said Lamoureux is a student at the University of Rhode Island. URI Student Charged With Possession of Marijuana, Driving Violations Michael Andrew Regan, 20, of 5 Springbrook Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 3:08 a.m. on Jan. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana. Police said Regan is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, an officer clocked a car driven by Regan at 44 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone on Bonnet Shores Road. Two Arrested After Speeding Stop Cody L. Harvey, 24, of 83 Pershing Ave., South Kingstown, and Frederick Eugene Butler, 25, of 280 Washington St., Providence, were arrested at about 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 19. According to police, an officer monitoring traffic noted a Mazda being driven by a white man with red hair pass his car near Starr Drive West on Boston Neck Road. Police said the officer turned around and followed the car, and clocked it at 56 miles per hour in a 40 mile per hour zone. East Greenwich Man Charged With Possession of Marijuana Peter A. Mastors, 23, of 67 Mawney St., Apt. #A, East Greenwich, was arrested at about 10:28 a.m. on June 15 and charged with possession of marijuana. According to police, an officer patrolling traffic on Point Judith Road saw Mastors driving a blue Honda Accord without a seatbelt. A traffic stop was made near the Long Cove Campground.
