Hammar, 39, of 80 Samuel Rodman St., Apt. #217, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 11:04 p.m. Police said a Fourth Division District Court warrant was out for Hammar’s arrest for failing to appear at a court hearing. According to police, Hammar filed a complaint about receiving harassing text messages and calls from an unknown woman. Police said Coogan is a student at the University of Mississippi. According to police, an officer saw Coogan walking near Gardenia Lane and Joy Lane with a clear glass bottle in his hands.
