Police issue two nuisance stickers to homes, and arrest a South Kingstown man for a warrant.

South Kingstown Man Arrested for Warrant James E. Hammar, 39, of 80 Samuel Rodman St., Apt. #217, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 11:04 p.m. Police said a Fourth Division District Court warrant was out for Hammar’s arrest for failing to appear at a court hearing. According to police, Hammar filed a complaint about receiving harassing text messages and calls from an unknown woman. However, police said that when they reviewed the messages on Hammar’s phone, he was actively participating in the conversation, which was not harassing in nature.
