A man tells police that Stop and Shop employees stole his lobsters to pay for drugs.

Loud Party Broken Up on Baltimore Avenue At about 12:38 a.m. on Dec. 12, police received a report of a loud party at 85 Baltimore Avenue. According to police, about eight to 10 people were talking loud on an east-facing deck, with an additional 25 to 35 people inside the home. Police said about six cars were illegally parked on the road, making it one-lane only. The tenants were identified as Justin J. Cardoza, 22, and Salman A. Parvez and Courtney Margossian, 21.
