New Jersey Man Charged With Drunken Driving… Jason L. Franks, 22, of 228 Evans Place, Saddle Brook, NJ, was arrested at about 12:37 a.m. on Dec. 7 and charged with drunken driving. According to police, an officer traveling behind a black Saturn on Ocean Road near Major Arnold Road noted it drifting and driving very slowly. A URI student is charged with drunken driving after a traffic accident caused by one-way driving.

Filion, 20, of 11 Wabash Lane, Narragansett, was arrested at about 3:06 a.m. on Nov. 10 and charged with drunken driving and failure to stop after an accident, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test. Police deal with three driving violations, and a South Kingstown man is charged with assault at George’s.

South Kingstown Man Charged with Assault at George’s Michael R. Valles, 21, of 16 Steven Circle, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 11:42 p.m. on July 16 and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. According to police, they received a report of a fight in progress at George’s at about 11:40 p.m. When they arrived, police said that two bouncers had Valles on the ground with his hands behind his back.
