A Narragansett police felony charge of obtaining money under false pretenses against Sarah Loranger, 32, of 3 Bill Sweet Way, Narragansett, was dismissed on Feb. 4. According to court files at Washington County Superior Court, the charge was dismissed in return for Loranger paying $60 back to the victim, a 70-year-old Narragansett woman. Police catch Joseph Bianco, 24, for a robbery at the Vanilla Bean after his apartment burns down in Narragansett.

Bianco was ordered to pay $450 in assessments, and a deferred sentence was imposed.
