A South Kingstown teen is charged with drunken driving, and a stolen car and a sleeping driver are found.

South Kingstown Teen Charged With Drunken Driving Bradford W. Hathaway, 19, of 931 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, was arrested at about 1:23 a.m. on Jan. 9 and charged with drunken driving and possession of marijuana, and cited for transportation of alcohol by a minor and refusing to submit to a chemical test. Police said Hathaway is a student at the Community College of Rhode Island. Providence Man Charged With Driving With Expired License Manuel Perez, 29, of 107 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence, was cited at about 9:10 p.m. on June 7 and charged with driving without a license. According to police, an officer observing traffic on Bridgetown Road near Oxeye Trail clocked brown Infinity at 44 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone. A traffic stop was made on South Ferry Road near Boston Neck Road. Police said a background check of the driver – Perez – revealed that his license expired in September 2009. A 17-year-old Providence woman was also charged with fighting. According to police, they received a report of fighting between two women at the RIPTA stop in front of Scarborough Beach. Narragansett Man Charged With Driving With A Suspended License Cardoza Coston, 33, of 6 Cornell Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 10:15 a.m. on May 8 and charged with driving with a suspended license.
