Arrest, Multiple Citations Issued for Parties on Middle Road, Sakonnet Boulevard At about 8:57 a.m. on April 14, an officer on patrol noted an illegally parked car at 45 Middle Road. Police said that while the officer was taking down information on the car, he saw two women approaching from a home on Sakonnet Boulevard, which appeared to be hosting a loud party. According to police, a woman holding a bottle of Andre pink champagne – URI student Cara C. URI Student Charged With Possession of Marijuana, Driving Violations Michael Andrew Regan, 20, of 5 Springbrook Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 3:08 a.m. on Jan. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana. Police said Regan is a student at the University of Rhode Island. According to police, an officer clocked a car driven by Regan at 44 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone on Bonnet Shores Road.
