Narragansett Police Log: December 26, 27 and 28, 2012

A Narragansett man is charged with domestic offenses after being forcibly removed from a home by police.

Narragansett Man Charged With Domestic Offenses Nathan W. Bonn, 20, of 32 Fernleaf Trail, Narraganstt, was arrested at about 11:38 a.m. on Dec. 27 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism. According to police, they received a report of a loud argument and an unruly man – later identified as Bonn – at the home of a 57-year-old Narragansett woman. Police said when they investigated, they found a Christmas tree lying at the foot of the stairs outside, as if it had been thrown, and damage to a wall inside the home, consistent with a punch. A traffic stop leads to a drunken driving arrest, and a Narragansett man takes a smoke because he knows he’s going to get arrested.

Traffic Stop Leads to Drunken Driving, Warrant Arrests Police said a traffic stop at about 1 a.m. on July 19 led to the arrest of two men. According to police, an officer saw a gray Chevy Camaro drifting on Point Judith Road near Westlake’s Garage. A traffic stop was made in the 300-section of Point Judith Road, with police noting that the car’s tires went up on the curb in the process. Narragansett Man Apprehended Again (and Again and Again) for Allegedly Erratic Behavior Paul D. Johnson, 29, of 30 Clara Lane, Narragansett, was arrested at about 3:40 a.m. on June 24 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism. According to police, a family member told them that Johnson was breaking glass upstairs in an apartment, and that she was in fear of him. Johnston Man Charged With Domestic Vandalism, Disorderly Conduct Michael Pacheco Martins, 31, of 16 Apple Tree Lane, Johnston, was arrested at about 4:50 p.m. on March 25 and charged with domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. According to police, a 30-year-old Narragansett woman told them that after dropping off their child following a visitation, Martins became upset and kicked the glass in on her front door while leaving.
