Narragansett Woman Man Charged With Domestic Offenses Kerri L. Resendes, 37, of 1111 Point Judith Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 9:19 a.m. on Dec. 15 and charged with domestic assault, domestic larceny and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone. According to police, they received a report of a disturbance at a home on Bishop Road. The victim, a 38-year-old man, told police that Resendes had assaulted him after getting upset after hacking the messages on his cell phone.
