Police make two minor arrests, and also catch a stray cat.
Unless otherwise noted, information about the following incidents was supplied by the Narragansett Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Richmond Man Arrested for Warrant Francis J. Glawson, 21, of 2 Bridge View Drive, Richmond, was arrested at about 5:43 p.m. on Nov. 14. Police said a warrant was issued for Glawson’s arrest after he failed to appear at a Narragansett Municipal Court hearing related to a public urination citation. According to police, Rhode Island State Police arrested Glawson for the warrant. Narragansett police picked up Glawson from the Hope Valley Barracks. Police said Glawson paid a $100 fine and he was issued a new court date, and then released at about 8:30 p.m. URI Student Cited for Alcohol …
