No Jail Time for Fraley, Rodriguez
The resolution of two cases in Washington County Superior Court comes with no jail time for either defendant.

Charge Filed Against Fraley For Stolen Car Angelo Fraley, 20, now of 121 Old Shannock Road, Charlestown, and formerly of 176 Townhouse Road, Richmond, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of manipulating a motor vehicle with malicious intent, which was amended from a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Superior Court Associate Justice Melanie Thunberg ordered Fraley to pay $91 in assessments, and the charge will be filed for one year. Fraley pleaded on Nov. 7.
