Letter: Thanks For Another Successful Mariner Marketplace!

On Nov. 17, the Narragansett High School PTO proudly presented their second annual Mariner Marketplace Holiday Shopping Extravaganza, and thanks to the diligent efforts of so many wonderful individuals, it was an amazing success!

On November 17th, the Narragansett High School PTO proudly presented their 2nd annual Mariner Marketplace Holiday Shopping Extravaganza, and thanks to the diligent efforts of so many wonderful individuals, we are pleased to announce that it was an amazing success! We are very appreciative to all those who helped in the planning of layout, signs, tables, and necessities, with special thanks to The NHS Staff, Paul Cannon, Chris Nelson, Brian McNeiece,  St. Peter’s Church, and The Lions Club. Annual Mariner Marketplace This Saturday!

Get a bunch of crafts, jewelry, beauty product and arts shopping out of the way before Christmas, plus, more than $3,000 in raffles.

The second annual Mariner Marketplace takes place Saturday, Nov. 17 at Narragansett High School, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event features exhibits with fine art, and there will be vendors with crafts, jewelry, holiday wreaths and ornaments, and a slew of beauty products as well. In addition to all of the goods, there will be more than $3,000 worth of raffle prizes. More than 100 artists, vendors and crafters are expected. If you donate a toy to Toys for Tots, then you’ll also receive a free raffle ticket, which is always nice! For more information about the event, shoot an e-mail to Narragansett.pto@gmail.com.

NHS PTO: Visit Us At Open House!

The NHS PTO would like to chat with potential members at the open house on Thursday.

Dear NHS Parents, We had a wonderful first NHS PTO meeting, where we heard a presentation by Narragansett School District Superintendent Kathy Sipala and Principal Dan Warner. We hope you were lucky enough to have heard the presentation. If not, an overview will soon be on the new NHS PTO Webpage. Please take a look! At the upcoming NHS Open House on Sept. 20, the PTO will have a welcome table. Please stop by to introduce yourself and ask any questions you may have. 2012 Mariner Marketplace Taking Applications

The event is looking for artisans, crafters and vendors for Saturday, November 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Narragansett High School Parent Teacher Organization would like to invite artists and crafters to its second annual Mariner Marketplace. This premiere event, sponsored by the NHS PTO, will be featuring the finest artisans from Rhode Island and beyond. This year’s show is scheduled for Saturday, November 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Last year’s marketplace was a great success with exhibit space selling out well in advance of the event.  This year we are expanding and expect to draw even more interest than last year, so don’t miss out! Thanks to Community, Mariner Marketplace a Huge Success!

On Nov. 19, the NHS PTO hosted the annual Mariner Marketplace Holiday Shopping Extravaganza to raise money for enriching our NHS community. It was a great success!

On Nov. 19, the Narragansett High School PTO proudly presented their annual Mariner Marketplace Holiday Shopping Extravaganza, and thanks to the diligent efforts of so many wonderful individuals, we are pleased to announce that it was an amazing success! Annual Mariner Marketplace Looking for Vendors!

On Saturday, Nov. 19, the NHS PTO is proud to host its annual Mariner Marketplace holiday shopping event and gourmet food extravaganza! There is still room for artisans and vendors to participate!

The Narragansett High School PTO is excited to invite you, your friends and family to its new and improved Mariner Marketplace to be held on Nov. 19 in the high school gymnasium. Shop our Holiday Market to pick up fantastic gifts from a wide variety of area artisans, and enjoy some savory samplings from local gourmet shops and restaurants. Some of the high-quality and festive items you can expect to find are hand-crafted jewelry, nautical-themed gifts, botanical skin care and health & wellness products, beautiful stained glass pieces, fragrant wickless candles, custom-made greeting cards, stationery and calendars, designer jewelry with a European flair and so much more!  There is sure to be something for nearly everyone on your holiday …
