According to police, they received a report of a man breaking a window at a Sakonnet Boulevard home. Police said they found Petti, Cardello and a third man running from Ocean Road on to Clarke Road. Cavanagh, 25, of 627 Cranston St., Providence, was arrested at about 6:10 p.m. on Oct. 16 and charged with driving with a suspended license.
