Man Busted for Pot in Gansett, Heroin in NY
Lonnie Walker, 30, faces felony drug charges in both New York and Rhode Island following a November arrest in Farmingville.
According to a November 2011 report on the Huntington, New York Patch, a man accused of being behind a Narragansett grow operation was arrested after Farmingville police found 140 decks of heroin in his condo. According to Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota, Lonnie Walker, 30, was the target of a home invasion plot by Joshua A. Whitfield, 26, of Huntington and Seyquan Patron, 24, of Mastic Beach. An arrest was made thanks to surveillance footage.
