It is a great place for roller skating parties, with packages that include admission, food, drinks and skate rental. The interior consists of a large skating rink made of wood and has funky, colorful lighting that makes the rink extra fun.

In addition to birthday parties, Narragansett Ocean Club offers themed public skating sessions, skating lessons and an inline skating club. Themes include Oldies Night, Teen Night, Family Skate and Open Skate. Although it only rents roller skates, you are welcome to bring your own rollerblades. Schedules vary by season, so it's best to call ahead for updates.

As of September 2010, each room in The Anchor Motel now has free Wi-Fi.  Other amenities include a personal deck, a private bathroom, refrigerator, cable television and heat/AC.

The Anchor Motel recently added a two-room Bed and Breakfast located right next to their original hotel.  These two rooms are open year round (the main motel has 13 rooms and is seasonal) and offer the same stunning ocean views and free Wi-Fi. The B&B serves delicious muffins every morning.

The Anchor Motel has been rated the best motel in Narragansett for the 10th straight year by Yahoo Travel. It's perfect for a beach getaway during any season!

Steve Babcock's Karate is located in the heart of the Narragansett Pier on Boon Street. Sensei Babcock is aMore sixth-degree black belt and has been training and competing for nearly 35 years.  He is a world and national heavy-weight champion and is the manager and co-founder of the renowned Paul Mitchell Karate Team.

He teaches Kempo-style Karate to both children and adults. This well-rounded martial arts program also includes weapon training with bos, kamas and swords. Sensei Steve challenges his students to train at their personal best and continually provides a fresh and balanced martial arts experience to all that train under him.

In addition to Karate, Babcock's offers adult cardio kickboxing classes four times a week at convenient evening and Saturday morning class times. 

Camp Cronin Fishing Area
1399 Ocean Rd, Narragansett, RI 02882

The Camp Cronin Fishing Area is west of the Point Judith Lighthouse. There is a long rocky shoreline frontingMore the Atlantic Ocean and this site also provides access to the east arm of the Harbor of Refuge breakwater, a popular fishing area.  

The site is also made up of a freshwater marsh and lots of brush and is known to birdwatchers as the perfect spot to see vireos, warblers and sparrows during migration. Birders find the best season to visit is between August and late October. 

There are plenty of hiking areas to take in along the rocky shoreline, where breathtaking views of Block Island Sound can be taken in on a crystal-clear day.

There is no camping allowed.
