Take one look at the staff as you enter the colorful storefront of The Right Click, and it becomes quite evident there's no shortage of tekkies here. As one employee talks a customer through a technical problem over the phone, another takes a break from working diligently over a keyboard to help you with whatever technical problem you might have. Jeremy and his crew have been servicing my business network for almost a decade. They are there when you need them, know their stuff so they are in and out (read: $$ saved and least interruption of business) and are always pleasant to work with.

I made the sorry mistake of contacting another firm in Providence when The Right Click was booked up and weird things were happening with my computers in the store. The Providence firm took days without resolution, interrupted my sales during the busiest part of the year, and to add insult to injury, tried to collect in excess of $2,000 from me for a problem they never fixed. Needless to say, they didn't get paid a cent.

The Right Click freed up a tech to help me and the problem was fixed in 45 minutes. Don't waste your time with anyone else. When you want the job done on time and on budget, The Right Click is the place to call!
