pelly's is awesome. friendly, if you feel like being friendly, or a place you can go sit solo and not be bothered. cheap and really great drinks- liquor anything is priced great and made deliciously. simple and enjoyable; perfect bar atmosphere. and you can wander down to the beach afterward if you feel like it :)
