I received the worst greeting and customer service ever in a retail shop. The sales person was rude and demeaning. There was hardly any equipment in stock so my only option was to look through a catalog. I was not interested in ordering something I could not see in person. Not to mention I can look up this information on the Internet without dealing with the poor attitude of the sales person. I could not get out of there fast enough.
