Post your winter photos to Patch.

We’ve had our first snowfall of the season, the Christmas lights are up, holiday displays are popping up left and right: it’s officially winter in Rhode Island. (Okay, maybe not officially until the winter solstice on Dec. 21, but the thermometer says otherwise.)

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms are seeing an uptick in wintry photos, from snowscapes to Christmas trees to pets dressed in holiday garb.

We here at Narragansett-South Kingstown Patch want in on the photo fun, too, so we’ve created a section just for your winter photos in town. Whether it’s snow falling softly on The Towers or your cat discovering that wrapping paper can make great confetti for your living room, upload your winter photos to our new Winter in Narragansett & South Kingstown section. If it’s good, we’ll feature it on the homepage and on our social media platforms.
