South County Habitat for Humanity Seeks Family Partner Volunteers

An informational meeting will be held on August 7 for those interested in participating.

South County Habitat for Humanity (SCHH) is looking for volunteers who would like to learn about becoming a family partner to new Habitat homeowners.

SCHH will be hosting an informational session on August 7, 2013 at the SCHH office, located at 1555 Shannock Road in Charlestown.

Family partners provide homeowners with guidance, support and understanding throughout the Habitat homeowner process. The time commitment is approximately five hours per month to help a family grow and, in the process, gain so much more in the shared experience. If you would like to help someone realize the dream of homeownership through hard work and dedication, this could be the volunteer position for you.
