University of Rhode Island head men's basketball coach Dan Hurley and wife Andrea look to "Stomp Out Cancer" during Saturday's nationally televised Rhode Island vs. Dayton game on CBS Sports at 4 p.m.

In support of the annual Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers Awareness Weekend (Jan. 24-26), Hurley and his staff will join coaches around the country to fight cancer and raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society.

According to Coaches vs. Cancer, coaches wearing sneakers on the sideline serves as a visual reminder that prevention is key when it comes to blocking cancer before it takes center court in our lives.

All fans are encouraged to wear Keaney Blue to the game and limited edition "Stomp Out Cancer" t-shirts are on sale now at the URI Bookstore, Memorial Union and Hope Dining Commons for $20. They can also be purchased online by clicking here. Net proceeds from each shirt will go directly to the Coaches vs. Cancer program.
