WEDNESDAY’S RESULTS

• Narragansett boys’ cross country (2-2, 2-2 South Division) beat Exeter-West Greenwich 15-50, but lost to North Kingstown 15-46. North Kingstown improved to 4-0, and EWG fell to 0-4.
• Narragansett girls’ cross country (2-2, 2-2 South Division) beat Exeter-West Greenwich 15-50, but lost to North Kingstown 17-46. North Kingstown improved to 4-0, and Exeter-West Greenwich fell to 0-4.
• Narragansett girls’ varsity soccer (2-2-1, 2-1-1 Division II) beat Johnston (0-4, 0-4 Division II), 6-3. Junior varsity results were unavailable.
• South Kingstown varsity girls’ tennis (0-6, 0-6 Division I-A) lost 7-0 to Smithfield (5-1, 5-1 Division I-A).
• On Tuesday in a local matchup, Prout varsity girls’ volleyball (6-1, 4-1 Division I-South) beat South Kingstown (1-4, 1-4 Division I-South), 3-1.
• On Tuesday, Prout junior varsity boys’ soccer lost 1-0 to Tiverton.
• On Tuesday, Prout varsity girls’ soccer lost 1-0 to Bay View. Junior varsity tied Bay View, 1-1.
• On Tuesday, Prout junior varsity girls’ tennis lost 5-0 to South Kingstown.
