Snow Day: Narragansett, SK Schools, URI Closed Wednesday
Area schools have started to announce closures in advance of increasing snowfall and wintery conditions.

Due to hazardous weather conditions caused by Tuesday's snowstorm both, Narragansett and South Kingstown school officials have cancelled all classes for Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014.
All athletics, activities and out-of-town buses are also cancelled in both districts for Wednesday.

URI has cancelled all classes before 4 p.m. Wednesday as well. In addition, Bradley School of South County in Wakefield, Meadowbrook Waldorf School in West Kingston, Monsignor Clarke School in Wakefield, Compass School in Kingston and Quest Montessori School in Narragansett have cancelled classes for Wednesday.
