Narragansett Orange Sticker Policy 'Under Review'

The stickers target rowdy college students.

Town Manager Pamela Nolan said she's taking a closer look at the town's controversial orange sticker policy.

Nolan said the she will examine if the stickers are effective in reducing such disturbances.
