West Kingston Man Indicted For First Degree Child Molestation, Sexual Assault
28-year-old Kyle Correia will be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court next month.
Kyle Correia, 28, of Hog House Hill Rd., West Kingston, was indicted last week by the Washington County Grand Jury on two counts of first degree child molestation and two counts of first degree sexual assault.
According to a report from the office of Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin, the alleged incidents took place on or about Jan. 1, 2013 and May 1, 2013, in Exeter. Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.
Correia, who is currently serving eight years in violation of his probation on a previous sentence, is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on Jan. 13, 2014.
