Rhode Island police last month arrested Michael Horrigan, 29, of North Stonington, his roommate Tristan J. Kading, 28, and Emily E. Kading, 26, of Stonington, The Westerly Sun reported.

Swift was not at the beach house when the three allegedly threw beer bottles onto her Watch Hill property on Bluff Avenue. A guard also reported the suspects flipped off patrolmen and shouted expletives at them.

Horrigan reportedly ran toward the house when a patrolman approached the three suspects. Tristan Kading and Emily Kading were handcuffed while an officer went after Horrigan and arrested him.

TMZ staff reportedly got in touch with Tristan Kading, who told TMZ they didn’t flip off the guards, but they were making peace signs reminiscent of Swift in her music video for "22." Tristan Kading also told TMZ the incident was the result of drinking, and “they harbored no ill will toward Swift.”
