State Police Log: Failure to Appear in Court, Fugitive from Justice

A collection of various Narragansett and South Kingstown-related arrests made by RI State Police. The following information does not indicate a conviction.

Wickford Barracks

  • On Nov. 12, 2013 at 1 a.m., Troopers arrested Dylan Faucher, 22 of 39 Birch Street, Narragansett, RI on a Municipal Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in East Greenwich. Faucher was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Narragansett Police Department.

  • At 9:45 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2013, Troopers arrested Paul Noka, 26, of 3671 South County Trail, South Kingstown, RI for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on the charge of Violation of No Contact Order originating out of the Warwick Police Department. 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ten Rod Road in North Kingstown. Noka was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

  • On Dec. 11, 2013, a detective assigned to the ACI charged inmate Travis J. Poole, 21, having a last known address of 91 Pershing Avenue, South Kingstown, RI, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut. Inmate Poole was presented before the Honorable Judge William C. Clifton in Third Division District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Poole was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institutions to await the arrival of Connecticut authorities.
